Manufacturing Process

The creation of LWC paper involves cooking wood chips in a chemical solution to remove lignin and other impurities This pulp is then formed into a continuous sheet on a paper machine and dried and calendered to achieve the desired thickness and smoothness.  Finally, the paper is coated with a mixture of pigments, binders, and additives
